Refund Policy

Membership & Ticket Finality

All membership subscriptions and ticket purchases at Shri Durga Unique Enterprises are final. Once a transaction is completed and a member is entered into a draw, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted under normal circumstances.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered and processed in the following limited scenarios:

  • Event Cancellation: If a scheduled draw or competition is cancelled by the organizers and not rescheduled within 90 days.
  • Duplicate Transactions: If a technical error results in multiple charges for the same subscription or ticket, the duplicate amount will be refunded upon verification.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Cases of confirmed fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of payment methods, subject to investigation by our payment processors and security team.

Refund Process

To request a refund under the eligible criteria mentioned above, please contact our support team at support@visergo.com with your transaction details and a clear explanation of the request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
